Return, Refund Policy

Before initiating an order cancellation, return, or refund 

  • Order Cancellations (Pre-Shipment) incur a 20% fee
  • Non-Defective Returns incur a 25% fee
  • Defective Returns receive a full refund or whatever compensation seems to fit
  • Exchanges can be made if approved by MaceMX
  • Promotions cannot be provided to exchanges with price conflicts

Reporting Problems

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 14 days after delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or another solution.

Return Eligibility

  • Product has never been installed or used.

  • Product remains in new, resalable condition.

  • Original packaging, accessories, hardware, and documentation are included.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

If any of these qualifications are not met, there will be deductions placed on the total refund or the return will be permitted.

Before sending any item back, you must first receive authorization from MaceMX.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Every returned item is inspected after arrival.

If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued based on the outcome of the inspection.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Limited Exceptions

Returns or exchanges may be approved only in situations such as:

  • Incorrect product received

  • Faulty Product Received

  • Verified compatibility issue (product must remain unused and uninstalled)

If approved, the original product must first be returned before any replacement or refund is issued.

Inspection Decisions

All return requests and returned merchandise are evaluated by MaceMX.

Approval or denial is determined solely based on compliance with this policy. Decisions regarding eligibility are final.
