WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Returns and Refunds:

• Returns are available for smaller auxiliary items for 14 days after the product reaches your doorstep.
• For controller kits there is a 1 month window to appeal for a return.
• Returns will have a 25% restocking fee
• Deductions will apply to your final refund if there is missing hardware or inspection reveals misuse.
  
• For all products, Cancellations (pre-shipment) acrue a 20% fee to account for payment processing fees, sales tax, and more.
• Final Sale Items: All promotional or discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Warranty:

• MaceMX products are covered by warranty for 2 months
• Warranty covers defects that are caused by MaceMX(e.g. faulty wiring of a light)
• Warranty does not cover damage from installation, misuse, or normal wear/degradation.
• Item will be sent to us first which the customer will cover shipping cost initially.
• If claim is valid after inspection, the customer will be compensated with a replacement and shipping cost back will be covered by us.
