Controllers come pre-tuned to fit a stock battery and stock motor and these parameters can be changed as you upgrade.

Z-Series Controller Kits do not come pre-tuned for the stock motor and the user must run the AutoLearn process through the FarDriver app to write motor parameters to the controller.
